HEY GANG! I can't believe the rest of you are so old! I'm still 18 and haven't changed a bit. Oh sorry, I was daydreaming. I'm happily married with two beautiful kids, 18 and 10. Wanna hear something really scary? I'm a Sergeant (hopefully soon to be a Lieutenant) with the Travis County Sheriff's Office in Austin! I have no idea how that happened. I really am still 18 at heart. I can't wait to see everyone at the reunion. HEXTER HAWKS RULE! HILL HIGHLANDERS KICK BUTT! Hey, lets all make a pledge to each other. Raise your right hand and repeat after me (go ahead, I'll wait). "I promise not to get offended when people look at my nametag at the reunion. I realize that many years have elapsed and memories are not what they used to be. Many of us look nothing like we used to, so I will not be offended at all if it takes people a quick look at the old nametag to jog their memory. I furthermore pledge to not give a hoot about what people look like, what they used to be in high school, what they are or are not now, or anything else that will hinder me from having a BLAST at our reunion!" Now seal the pledge with the old Cougar Claw, make a cougar growling sound, and sing the almamater three times in a row. Can't wait to see everyone. If you know of anyone that is not sure yet whether they want to come or not, give them a call or e-mail and encourage them. See ya there!

JEFF MOON: I cannot wait to see you!!!!! I hope I am one of the "some" you want to see. I looked for you at the 10th and was dissapointed you weren't there. Just to refresh you, think: You, me, Raymond Cooper and Ms. Winters typing class. I am now raising 2 healthy (mostly) parents and have been officially unofficialy adopted by the 4 young'uns down the road from me. I live on 106 acres in Hunt County that only God and the Coyotes can find. I am a novice at this internet stuff, too. Gosh, it'll be so good to see you!! Okay, I'll stop gushing now. Bye til Fri.

Hi, Ya'll!!!! Guess it's time to party like it's 1999!! Oh, yeah, it IS 1999. My how time flies. Ya'll remember that I was a short, round person in HS, well, now I am tall and willowy (NOT!) I still look pretty much the same, just with more wrinkles and less hair (No it did NOT fall out-I cut it off). I have been happily divorced since 1983 and 1985 (slow learner, I guess). Push drugs for a living (no, not THAT kind), I have been working at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville for the 12 years. I will probably still be there in another 20 years. I still read all the time and I am a part time singer - bet none of you knew that (or cared). I love singin' in honky tonks. See ya'll come Friday night.

I seem to remember handball being THE thing at Reilly. Surely there will be enough Reilly Rams in attendance to get up a game. Who was it in 4th grade (Miss Rickey's) that got in trouble with me at the Dallas Symphony for making fun of the fat lady with the cello? Was it Elaine Hartnett? Hi Beth Kurz--tell Karl that he needs to call Kristi Mooter and convince her to come to the reunion..I'm not having much luck.. See you all very soon--can't wait!

With all the Hexter Hawks signing in and attending we could pick teams and play our old favorite "kickball". I pick Carol Allison and Lisa "Brown Cow" Martel. Look forward to seeing ya'll at the reunion next week.

Wow!!! I am really looking forward to coming to Texas for the reunion. I live in Louisville, Kentucky with my husband of 15 years, Paul. We have two daughters, Allyson (11) and Breanne (9). I am a high school art teacher and yearbook advisor. (Hey, that yearbook stuff is still fun!!) I just read all the notes and I can't believe all the Hexter Hawks who have signed in!!! Beth Muse, Becky Bosler and I will all be there Fri. and Sat. night and I expect to see all the Hexter people there too. Isn't it funny that after all these years, it's the friends I've known the longest that I still think about.
