I am quite sorry that I missed the Reunion this past weekend. My husband and I were vacationing in Spain, so the timing just didn't work out. I have gotten much of the scoop from my BA compadre here in NYC, Carla Parker. Don't worry, she was very kind to everyone. Just an update on my life since I didn't get to share at the party:I have been living in NYC (Brooklyn - to be more exact) for the past 12 years with my husband Richard who is a Brooklyn native. I am currently Associate Director of Outreach at WNET, the PBS station here in NYC and am loving it. Rich is an Emergency Medicine Doc at a busy city ER, but please don't ask him what he thinks of ER the series. As you can tell, we love to travel and try to get away whenever possible. I'd love to hear from some of my old classmates. E-mail me at cossaboo@wnet.org. Let me know if you plan to visit this area and we will show you around.Mari Cossaboom

It would be neat if we had a picture upfor every person there. You can mail them to me in a self addressedself stamped return envelope if you need them scanned, orwhen you get them developed, most places will save the picturesto disk for you now - get me a copy of that -- and again, Iwill return it to you. I know there were alot of cameras there! So get me your photos so we can continue to build our pages.I will be doing a scrapbook type page - but for now - I amjust getting up the contact sheets -- so you can look for thoseyou want to see! Keep those cards & letters coming!

I thought the reunion weekend was fantastic. Everyone made it happen. Kudo's to all involved and to those that attended. A special Thank you to Lorri Nevil for the tremendous work put forth on this website. Without this we might have missed some of our classmates. Along with that if anyone who reads this has any ideas of how to stay in touch with everyone between now and the 25 yr reunion please e-mail someone on the committee and we'll look into spreading the word to the multitude.

Well, I just can't say enough about what a fantastic time I had. It was great to see everyone! I havn't had that much fun in a long long time. Thanks so much to the committee for all of the hard work. I am definitely looking forward to the 25 year! It is really too bad we can't see each other more often. It is funny how you are so nervous before you get there and then in a flash, you are comfortable with everyone. What a great group of people the Class of 1979 is! See you guys soon!Stacy

Kudos to all of those who made "our weekend" such a wonderful experience. I enjoyed it immensely. I was amazed at all the faces I remembered and all those I didn't! I think a 25 year reunion is just the ticket. Ya'll just let me know if I can help in any way. However, I hope that next time there will be more former ROTC cadets there, we didn't make much of a showing. The memory book is really great. I wnet through it page by page and it brought back lots of memories.Keep up the good work, ya'll!!!
